Information we collect

Account information (name, email, phone), property and lease details you upload, payment proofs (images/PDFs), security deposit records, and (if you opt in to Credit+) information required for eligible credit bureau reporting such as legal name, date of birth, and last 4 SSN digits.

How we use it

To operate the Service: store and display your records to authorized parties (you, your linked landlord/tenant, and administrators), generate receipts, and improve the product.

Who can see your data

Tenants only see their own rental and records. Landlords only see properties they created and tenants linked to them. Uploaded files are stored privately and require signed, expiring links to view.

Credit reporting

Credit reporting is not active. We collect your consent and information only to prepare for a future feature. We will give you notice before any data is sent to a credit bureau.

Security

Files are stored in private storage. Access is enforced by row-level security tied to your account.

Your choices

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
