1. What RentTrack is

RentTrack is a record-keeping tool for rent payments. RentTrack does not directly process rent payments or hold funds on behalf of any user — tenants pay landlords independently via their chosen method (check, Zelle, Venmo, cash, etc.), while RentTrack helps verify and organize payment history.

2. No legal or financial advice

RentTrack does not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Information in the Service is for general informational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

3. Verification

A payment is only considered "verified" after the landlord approves the tenant's proof of payment inside the Service. RentTrack does not independently verify that funds were actually transferred.

4. Credit reporting

Credit reporting is available through Credit+ enrollment. Enrolling records your consent and prepares your verified payment history for eligible credit bureau reporting.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
